In order to
produce our products, we have built up a very efficient
machining centre. When setting our goals we decided to
build up a knowledge about machining inside the company.
This in spite of the fact that this isn't modern today
with all discussions about outsourcing. Therefore we
are using following machines:
, 3 axis
lathe with driven tools.
,
4 axis vertical milling machine with 24 tools in tool
centre.
, vertical 5 axis milling machine with 48 tools in
tool centre and a pallet system.
, 5 axis
lathe with two revolvers with driven tools, with absolute
measuring system and special support for long shafts.
Also with RPM measuring system to avoid vibrations.
like broaching machine, manual lathes and milling
machines and hand tools. All of the highest quality in
order
to meet our tolerances in the parts. |

The
staff is very well educated for their work. On a regular
basis we send them for training in order to maintain
their level of
knowledge. For every machine there is one person responsible.
He, or she, do all the work with the part from drawing, raw
material, fixtures and tools to the final part. Everyone control the
quality on the part, and will not leave further a part that is of
inferior quality. |
